It is informed by both sides that since the petitioner/tenant did not pay the use and occupation charges, stay on operation of the impugned eviction order was vacated and possession of the subject premises stands restored to the respondent/landlord in execution.

Kunji Mohideen Kutty Haji in C.R.P. (NPD) No. 157/ and C.M.P No. 7932/2022 , the present petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Accordingly, pending application stands disposed of.
