The present petition invokes Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging violation and wilful disobedience of order dated 28th June, 2024. 2.

After making some submissions, counsel for Petitioner, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and instead raise the grievances in W.P.(C) 8745/2024.

In light of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as aforesaid.
