% 13.08.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a final order has stands passed by the concerned Court in connection with the present petition, which challenges an earlier interim order dated 24.09.2019 concerning the grant of interim maintenance. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous. In view of the above statement, the present petition, along with pending applications, if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn upon being rendered infructuous.
