CRL.M.C. 6406/2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 267/2019, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Shahdara. Sections 377/506 IPC were subsequently invoked. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition for technical reasons with liberty to file afresh. Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
