1. This appeal has been filed by the informant/ the aggrieved in SC No. 2682/16 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, East, Karkardooma Court, Delhi aggrieved by the acquittal of the accused persons of the offences punishable under Sections 452, 448, 342, 506 read with Section 34 IPC

2. As per the proviso to Section 372 Cr.P.C, the appeal will have to be filed before the Sessions Court concerned.
