Settlement Agreement dated 19th November, 2024 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 20th August, 2024, wherein, the parties have successfully negotiated a settlement and a Settlement Agreement dated 19th November, 2024, has been signed.

Learned counsels appearing for the parties confirm the terms of the settlement and request that the suit be decreed in terms, thereof. 5.

This Court has considered the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

The parties are accordingly held bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19th November, 2024.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19th November, 2024, which shall form part of the decree and also in terms of paragraph 84 (a), (b), (c), (d), (h) and (i) of the plaint. 8.

Trademark Registry is directed to pass an order expeditiously on the application of the defendants for seeking voluntary cancellation of the registration of their marks.

Considering the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement, the Registry of this Court is directed to issue a certificate of refund of full Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
