This suit is filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking a preliminary decree of partition declaring the Plaintiffs to be the joint owners to the extent of 1/4th share in the two suit properties, which are as follows:- (i) Undivided property bearing No. D-2/9, Pratap Bagh Mohalla, New Delhi-110007, admeasuring 200 sq. yards, having ground floor, first floor and roof.
(ii) Undivided property bearing No. C-6/17, Rana Pratap Bagh, New Delhi-110007, admeasuring 233-1/3 sq. yards, having first floor and roof.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 13.11.2024, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes CS(OS) 648/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and a Settlement Agreement has been executed on 16.04.2025, copy of which is placed on record.

Court is informed by learned counsels for the parties that both the suit properties, as mentioned above, have already been sold pursuant to the Settlement Agreement.

Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, this suit is decreed in terms of settlement between the parties. Settlement Agreement dated 16.04.2025 shall form a part of the decree and bind the parties thereto.
