The present application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") jointly on behalf of the plaintiffs and the defendants for passing a consent decree on the basis of Settlement st Agreement dated 01 April, 2026.

The present suit has been filed seeking partition and permanent injunction in respect of the property bearing No. CB-165, Ring Road Naraina, New Delhi, admeasuring 521 sq. yards ("suit property"), wherein, the parties are the co-owners.

During the pendency of the present suit, the parties herein vide order dated 28th July, 2025 were referred to mediation. Accordingly, the parties through mutual deliberations have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement regarding the suit property, by way of the Settlement Agreement The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

All the parties to the present suit are signatories to the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

Further, the parties are present before this Court and they confirm the aforesaid terms of the Settlement Agreement, and the fact that they have entered into the same out of their own volition and without any coercion. 7.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement between the parties and finds no impediment in passing the decree in terms thereof. 8.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, a consent/compromise decree is hereby passed in the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01st April, 2026, and the following directions are issued in this regard: I.

The parties are hereby bound by the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, and that they shall abide by the terms and conditions, as set out therein. II.

None of the parties shall raise any dispute with respect to the issues which have been settled by way of the Settlement Agreement. 9.

Let the decree sheet be prepared by the Registry in accordance with the aforesaid consent terms between the parties. 10.

The suit, with the aforesaid directions, along with pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
