"It is, therefore, prayed that the appeal may be pleased to punish the respondents for disobeyed the order dated 19.20.2016 in R.S.A. No.303/2016;
Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the appellant and against the respondent.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the previous dates of hearing, i.e., 18.07.2025 and 28.11.2025 as well. 5.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
