This is a petition seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 07.04.2015.

I am of the view that the award is in the nature of a money decree and the decree-holder must be entitled to enjoy the benefits of the award. 3.

For the said reasons, the judgment-debtor shall deposit the entire awarded amount along with up-to-date interest in terms of the Arbitral Award dated 07.04.2015, with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court within 6 weeks from today.

On deposit of the awarded amount, the decree-holder shall be entitled to withdraw the same, subject to furnishing of security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.

In this view of the matter, Mr. Khanna, learned counsel for the decree-holder does not press the present petition and the same is disposed of. In case the amount is not deposited, the decree-holder shall be entitled to revive the petition.
