It is stated that the mandate of the learned arbitrator is due to expire on 28 August 2024.

Extension of four months is sought.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 7.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator, in seisin of the dispute between the parties, has been extended by four months w.e.f. 28 August 2024.
