It is stated that the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal expired on 14 August 2024.

Extension of six months is sought.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 7.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by six months from today. The mandate shall be treated as continuing from 14 August 2024.
