O R D E R

% 15.03.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have resolved their disputes.

As per the settlement, the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.47,50,000/- to the petitioner towards full and final settlement. The Collaboration Agreement shall stand cancelled.

Consequently, the respondent is at liberty to deal with the property in question in whatever

manner he wants. Both the parties will not claim any amount against each other.

Nothing more survives in the present petitions. The same are accordingly disposed of.
