The present petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia praying as under:- "a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to process/allow the application filed by the petitioner seeking cancellation of its GST registration applied vide Application Reference No. AA0705240723573 dated 22.05.2024.

b) issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.

Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that some time may be granted to the respondent to decide the petitioner's application.

In view of the above, we consider it apposite to direct the respondent to decide the petitioner's application for the cancellation of its GST registration within a period of two weeks from date. 6.
