1. The petitioner, who was working as Manager cum Chief Coach of the Men and Women Central Water Sports Team in the CRPF has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) To pass a Writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the signals dated 02.05.2024.

(b) To pass a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to continue with the central team of the Water Sports as per the performance and as per the policy."

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the order dated 02.05.2024, vide which the petitioner is being de-inducted from the aforesaid post, she had made various representations, which remain undecided till date and, therefore, submits that for the present, the petitioner will be satisfied, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in case, the respondents are directed to decide the same in a time bound manner.

He further prays that the petitioner be granted two weeks additional time to report at Headquarters of the 91st Battalion in accordance with the impugned order.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that as per instructions, he has no objection to this limited request.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2024, a copy whereof has been annexed with the writ petition, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks. The petitioner is also granted time till 04.09.2024 to report at Headquarters of the 91st Battalion in accordance with the impugned order.

5. Needless to state, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the respondents deciding her representation, it will be open for her to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.
