Captain Deepak Kumar submits that he would like to secure the CCTV footage of the hearing dated 31st May, 2024 in W.P. (C ) 8385/2024 before the ld. Single Judge of this Court.

However, he has been apprised of the fact that within the Courtroom there is no recording of the proceedings which takes place except that the hearing is held through Video Conferencing (VC). Besides, he has also been informed that there is no transcription of proceedings that take place in the Court.

the present petition and does not press any of the allegations or reliefs which he has made in the present petition.
