% 30.11.2018 The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the objection of the prosecution to the maintainability of the appeal at hand is correct because the trial court had released the appellants according to them benefit of Probation of Offenders Act, 1958. He, thus, submits, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
