At the outset, an objection has been raised by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of DDA that the present matter deals with the service conditions, as well as, terminal benefits of an employee of DDA. 2.

She further contends that DDA has been notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985, therefore, the appropriate forum for entertaining the dispute with regard to the subject matter is the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Faced with this situation, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition and approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
