O R D E R

% 25.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide settlement deed dated 4th February, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 52/2010 under Sections 323/452/427/506/34 IPC registered at police station Bindapur on the complaint of respondent nos.2 to 4 be quashed. The Settlement deed has been placed on record. Petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 are known to each other. A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter which led to the registration of present FIR.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified

by SI Raghuveer of police station Bindapur. They submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations being residents of the same locality and the fact that respondent nos.2 to 4 are not interested in pursuing the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 52/2010 under Sections 323/452/427/506/34 IPC registered at police station Bindapur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
