% 19.12.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by way of the instant petition, the petitioners have challenged the impugned order dated 31st March, 2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-02, Dwarka Courts, however, the parties have settled their disputes. She further prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file the same afresh.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
