The learned Joint Registrar in her Order dated 19.032024, has recorded that the plaintiff no.1 and 2 were present in the court who stated that they do not want to pursue the case further. 2.

Learned counsel for the defendant has "No Objection" to the withdrawal of the suit.

In view of the submissions made, the suit is permitted to be withdrawn.
