O R D E R

% 31.01.2024 Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that parties have resolved their inter-se disputes through mediation under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Settlement Agreement dated 22.12.2023, which contains the terms of settlement, has been placed on record.

All 04 parties to the suit are present in-person; and have been identified by their respective counsel.

The plaintiff has also handed-over a cheque in the sum of Rs. 2,75,000/- to defendant No.1, in compliance of clause 4(b) of the Settlement Agreement.

Parties request that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement comprised in Settlement Agreement dated 22.12.2023; and a decree sheet be drawn-up incorporating those terms.

Upon a perusal of the terms of settlement comprised in Settlement Agreement dated 22.12.2023, this court is satisfied that the parties have resolved their inter-se disputes lawfully; and that therefore there is no reason why the terms of settlement should not be accepted. 6.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 22.12.2023, which shall form part of the decree; and parties shall remain bound by their respective rights and obligations under the settlement.

The suit stands decreed in the above terms.

Registry is directed to draw-up a decree sheet within 04 weeks. 9.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
