% 22.03.2017 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that consequent to the directions passed by this Court, the respondents have issued Office Memorandum dated 15.03.2017 and, consequently, issued letter dated 16.03.2017 to the petitioner. One of the conditions stipulated in the letter dated 16.03.2017 is that the petitioner withdraws the present petition to enable the respondents to proceed further and take necessary action. Copy of set of documents, inter alia, including letter dated 16.03.2017 have been handed over in Court. The same are taken on record.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the assurances given by the respondents and as recorded in letter WP(C) 2146/2013
dated 16.03.2017, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court if the need so arises. In view of the above and, in view of the stipulations in letter dated 16.03.2017, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
