O R D E R

% 08.04.2017 The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The MACT Court had awarded the amount of Rs.57,79,000/- with interest @ 9% per annum vide award dated 07.10.2016. It is agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay an amount of Rs.17 lacs, over and above the amount so awarded by the MACT Court, in a full & final settlement of all the claims of the claimant.

The Insurance Company shall deposit the cheque within 45 days from today, lest it shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum with effect from today. The amount be released in terms of the award. On deposit of the amount, the appeal shall stand disposed of in terms of the above order.
