% 21.09.2017 The counsel for the appellant, who was the claimant before the Tribunal in accident claim case (suit no.219/2015) leading to the judgment dated 29.09.2016, which is impugned here, submits on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal and instead move the Tribunal with review petition in as much as the award is deficient, since the Tribunal having noted the need for prosthetic limb and the evidence led in such regard, has failed to include any amount under the said head, the total award of compensation being deficient also on account of omission of the Tribunal in taking care of the loss of marriage prospects. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
