The present application has been filed on behalf of the Revisionist/Petitioner under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to withdraw the present Petition in view of Clause 8 of the Settlement Agreement dated 11.02.2025 entered between the Petitioner and the Respondent. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide Settlement dated 11.02.2025. In pursuance of the said settlement arrived at between the parties, upon instructions, she wishes to withdraw the present petition. 3.

The petition is stated to be listed before this Court on 23.07.2025.
