Learned counsel for petitioner who has appeared with 25 years old son of petitioner submits that petitioner does not want to pursue this revision petition and only requests for protection from eviction for period of three months from today. Accordingly, as requested by learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions that the petitioner shall not be evicted from the subject premises before 06.06.2024, though the respondent may continue with the execution proceedings so that if by 06.06.2024 the petitioner does not vacate the subject premises, the eviction order would get executed through bailiff. 5.
