W.P.(CRL) 443/2017 & Crl.M.A. 2487/2017 Present petition has been instituted by the father of Varsha. Petitioner claims that his daughter his missing since 17.12.2016 and is being illegally detained by Yogender Kumar Solanki @ Ravi. On advance copy having been served, Varsha and Yogender Kumar Solanki @ Ravi have been produced in court. Varsha submits that she has left her parental home out of her own free will and she has married Yogender Kumar Solanki @ Ravi
without any pressure or coercion and wishes to reside with him. Mr.Mehra points out that on 05.01.2017, a scuffle and altercation has taken place between the petitioner, his family members and the family members of the boy Ravi.
The girl Varsha has met her father. Both the parties undertake to maintain peace and harmony and not to take law in their own hands. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that he does not wish to press the present writ petition.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
