C.M. 37151/2018 (u/S 151 CPC) In this disposed of appeal, by way of this application, applicantfirst respondent seeks release of Rupees Eleven Lacs for his marriage. Upon Notice, counsel for appellant submits that there is 'no objection' to this application.

Upon hearing, the application is disposed of with direction to Manager, UCO Bank, Karkardooma Court Branch, Delhi, to prematurely release Rupees Eleven Lacs directly into the account of first respondent to enable him to perform his marriage. The concerned Branch Manager be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance. With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
