% 24.11.2017 Crl.M.A. No. 15708/2017 Learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State submit that as per the verification report of the SHO Braj Mohan, SHO/ACB, Delhi qua the factum of death of the appellant Shri Sohinder Singh Gulati son of Sh. Munsi Ram resident of WZ15C/4B, Gali No.10, Krishana Puri, Delhi-110018 in relation to the death certificate issued by South Delhi Municipal Corporation vide registration No.MCDOLIR-0217-004860932, the same has been verified by the State qua the present appellant who expired on 3.1.2017.

In view thereof the appeal and all proceedings in relation to FIR No. 48/1993 P.S., Anti Corruption Bench, Delhi against the appellant abate.
