% 15.07.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that proposals made by the petitioner have been accepted in the meeting of the Technical Committee held on 25.05.2016. The minutes of meeting and also the site plan have been filed along with the additional affidavit dated 13.07.2016. He further submits that grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has been completely redressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the decision taken by the respondents in its meeting held on 25.05.2016, he does not press the present petition any further. In view of the above, the petition is accordingly disposed of. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J JULY 15, 2016/'rs'
