Learned counsel for respondents submits that an order-inoriginal has been passed disposing of the Show Cause Notice. Copy of the order-in-original has been handed over to learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that adjudication on the show cause notice has become time barred, however, without prejudice to the same, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to impugn the order-in-original as also the maintainability of the adjudication proceedings.
