This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased:

a) To pass a writ of Certiorari to set aside the Signal 81401/64122/MS-17 dated 22.11.2023.

(b)To pass a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the request of the Petitioner to post him at New Delhi.

(6) Issue any other further direction as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit in the facts of the case."

We have heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. posting in Delhi / NCR for consideration of the respondents, in the month of May, 2024.

We agree with the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall make a request for compassionate posting in Delhi / NCR in the month of May, 2024 for the consideration of the respondents. The respondents shall decide the said representation on or before July 15, 2024 and convey the same to the petitioner. 4.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by any order to be passed by the respondents, he shall be at liberty to seek such remedy as available in law. The petition is disposed of.
