There is a detailed interim order passed by this Court on 12.12.2023. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has already been enrolled and registered for Class 10th board examinations, which is to be conducted by respondent-CBSE for the academic session 2024-25.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further contends that if the interim order dated 12.12.2023 is made absolute, then he would not press the instant writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent-CBSE, on the other hand, contends that against the aforementioned interim order dated 12.12.2023, they have already preferred an appeal, which is still pending before the Division Bench, however, there is no stay to the order passed by this Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Under the peculiar facts and circumstances as can be noticed from the interim order passed by this Court, it is seen that unsettling the position obtained today would be highly detrimental to the interests of the girl child. In view of the aforesaid, the Court deems it appropriate to confirm the interim order and dispose of the instant writ petition as not pressed. However, the legal issue involved herein shall be subject to the decision of the pending LPA.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
