This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail filed on behalf of petitioner namely Sanjeev Sagar @ Sandeep @ Ankul Kumar in case FIR No.435/2022 under Sections 392/397/411/302/201/34 IPC, registered at PS- Wazirabad.

After part submissions, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition stating that FSL result has not been filed till date and therefore, he would file an application before the Trial Court for filing the FSL result.
