% 28.11.2024 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that during pendency of the present anticipatory bail petition, chargesheet has been filed in the matter and the petitioner has been admitted to regular bail by the learned Trial Court. Consequently, the petitioner states that he has also filed his personal bond/surety bond in compliance of the order admitting him to regular bail.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as having been rendered infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as infructuous.
