Consequently, the petitioner states that he has also filed his personal bond/surety bond in compliance of the order admitting him to regular bail.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as having been rendered infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as infructuous.
