% 23.12.2015 It is submitted that value of the suit is fixed `30 lacs which is less than the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, thus, the same has to be transferred to the District Court in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

It is further submitted that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Ordered accordingly.

Parties shall appear before the District Judge (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 25th January, 2016. File be transferred by the Registry to the transferee court forthwith.
