Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant submitted that the petitioner has already surrendered on 3rd December, 2024, therefore, in light of the said facts the instant application has become infructuous and prayed for leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh interim bail application before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.

Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for victim have no objection for the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
