Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant apprised this Court that vide order dated 27th August, 2024, passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court, the petitioner/applicant was released on interim bail for a period of four weeks and after completion of four weeks, the petitioner surrendered on 26th September, 2024. Therefore, in view of the same, it is submitted that nothing is left in the instant matter for adjudication.

This Court has perused the surrender report dated 27th September, 2024, and as per the same, the petitioner has already surrendered on 26th September, 2024, thus, this Court is of the opinion that nothing is left in the instant petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
