% 06.09.2016 An affidavit has been filed by the petitioner in terms of this Court's order dated 07.10.2015.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that some additional facts have been incorporated in the said affidavit which goes beyond the original pleadings, and therefore, he has filed an affidavit in response thereto.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the affidavit is within the scope of the original pleadings, and it does not extend the original pleadings.

Since the affidavit has been filed in terms of order dated 07.10.2015, nothing further remains to be done in the case. The petition is, accordingly, disposed off.
