Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 21.03.2024, this Court had directed the Trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within three months, however, till date the same has not been concluded.

Learned APP for the State submits that the matter is at stage of final arguments and is listed on 06.11.2024 before the Trial Court. He further submits that the trial could not be concluded within time as after passing of the aforesaid order, the petitioner had summoned four witnesses in his defence.

Considering the aforesaid, I find no ground to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
