This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking condonation of delay of 6 days in filing the Rejoinder. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that he has no objection if the prayers made in the present Application are allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The Application stands disposed of.

The present Petition has been filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] impugning the order dated 18.10.2019 [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"] passed by the learned Civil Judge, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi. By the Impugned Order, the Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed.
