% 19.01.2018 Present suit has been filed for partition, rendition of accounts and permanent injunction.

The plaintiff nos.1 & 2 at the time of institution of the present suit were minors. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that during the pendency of the proceedings, both the plaintiffs have become majors. Let an amended memo of parties be filed during the course of day.

Both the counsel state that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. Today in Court, learned counsel for the defendants has handed over to learned counsel for plaintiff nos. 1 & 2 the following Pay Orders amounting to Rs.5 lakhs individually:- Sr.No.

In favour of Srishti Chadha - Bearing No.283030 dated 15th January, 2018 drawn on United Bank of India, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.

Rs.2,00,000/- Learned counsel for the plaintiffs has accepted the aforesaid Pay Orders in full and final settlement.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs, on instructions of the plaintiffs who are personally present in Court, states that the plaintiffs have no further claim against the defendants and/or in the properties owned by any of the defendants.
