% 13.02.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the mediation centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi. It is prayed that FIR No.392/2015 under Sections 452/354 IPC registered at police station S. J. Enclave on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed in view of the settlement arrived at before the mediation centre. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sonam PS S. J. Enclave.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties before the mediation centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.392/2015 under Sections 452/354 IPC registered at police station S. J. Enclave is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
