Learned counsel appearing for the Delhi University/ respondent submits that the directions contained in the order dated 19.05.2025 passed in the present proceedings, read with the directions contained in the judgment/order dated 14.05.2025 passed in LPA 687/2023 (which upholds judgment dated 19.05.2023 passed in W.P(C) 2060/2019), have been substantially complied with.

He further assures and undertakes that in case any direction remains uncomplied, the same shall also be complied with expeditiously. Further, the costs, as directed the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment/order dated 14.05.2025, shall also be duly paid to the petitioner. 3.

Taking on record the said statement, the present petition stands disposed of.
