This revision petition has been filed by Engineers India Limited - defendant No. 3 in the suit, against an order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the Trial Court, by which an application filed by it under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been dismissed. The said application was filed on the ground that the suit is barred by limitation. 2.

After some hearing, and with the consent of learned counsel for the plaintiff and all the defendants, it is directed that the issue of limitation will be tried as a preliminary issue by the Trial Court.
