The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No. 2641/2025; b) Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The present petition has been filed alleging the violation of the directions given in order dated 03.03.2025 in W.P.(C)2641/2025 to the effect that the respondent DDA would be permitted to give personal hearing to the petitioner before taking any decision in the matter. 4.
Learned counsel for DDA, who appears on advance notice, submits that order on the representation of the petitioner has been rendered on 30.07.2025. Copy of the same has been handed up in Court today and the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. same is taken on record.

A perusal of the order reflects that there was no personal hearing given to the petitioner or her representative before passing of the aforesaid order. 6.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the DDA submits that the personal hearing would be given to the petitioner and her representation will be decided afresh.

Let the petitioner or her authorised representative appear before Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, Director, Residential Land on 08.08.2025 at 04:00 PM at DDA Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi for purposes of personal hearing and the concerned officer shall decide the representation by a speaking order in accordance with law. The petitioner or her authorised representative will carry all the relevant documents which have been pointed out in the aforesaid order at 30.07.2025 before the concerned officer.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case of any non-compliance of the aforesaid.
