% 23.01.2024 1.

None appeared for the Petitioner when the matter was called. 2.

This revision petition raises a trivial issue on the facts and law. 3.

The petitioner, who is the defendant in the suit pending before the learned Trial Court assails the impugned order dated 24.11.2023, whereby the learned ADJ-04, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi has been pleased to allow the petitioner to make a fresh application inter alia for grant of electricity connection in his name, subject to fulfilment of necessary procedure, which is directed to be issued without insisting on an 'NOC' from the respondent/owner/revisionist. 4.

It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the respondent/BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. that the electricity connection has since been installed on 05.01.2024.

5.

Prima facie, this Court does not find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court. 6.

The revision petition is disposed of accordingly. DHARMESH SHARMA, J JANUARY 23, 2024/ck The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 06/06/2024 at 15:04:45
