The present appeal under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. challenges the impugned order dated 22nd April 2024 by which the application seeking bail filed by the Appellant has been dismissed. The matter was heard substantially on the last date of hearing i.e., 16th October, 2024 and was adjourned for the parties to enable them to take instructions in the matter. 3.

Today, learned Counsel for the Appellant has appeared and sought leave to withdraw the present appeal, at this stage. 4.
