O R D E R

% 25.08.2025 1.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that requisite action has already been taken by them against the property in question, and a Status Report on their behalf has been filed. However, the same is not on record. He has handed over a copy of the Status Report dated 22nd August, 2025, to this Court, which is taken on record.

The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that action has already been taken by the MCD. The relevant portion of the Status Report of the MCD, reads as under:

8. That the said illegal dairy was eventually sealed on 06.8.2025, after due process in accordance with sealing/desealing guidelines vide sealing orders dated 04.08.2025 issued in this regard. Copy placed at ANNEXURE 'E' as per approval of Dy. Commissioner. Photographs of the sealing action taken are placed at ANNEXURE 'F'.

9. That a watch and ward letter has been sent to P.S. Krishna Nagar to keep strict vigil on the said sealed illegal diary to prevent diary activities in the said premise in future. Copy of watch and ward letter is placed at ANNEXURE 'G'.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3-Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station ("PS") Krishna Nagar, has also handed over a copy of the Status Report dated 25th August, 2025, filed on their behalf, which is taken on record.

The Status Report on behalf of the Delhi Police, reads as under: "1. On 06.08.2025, a joint visit was conducted by the officials of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) along with the staff of Police Station Krishna Nagar at the premises situated at House No. 3938, Gali No. 14, Shanti Mohalla, Delhi-110031.

2. During inspection, a dairy structure found existed inside the said premises. However, no cow or buffalo (cattle) was found present at the time of the visit.

3. The said premises was thereafter sealed by the MCD staff to prevent any further unauthorized activity. (Photographs enclosed)

4. A close watch is being maintained at the premises by the local beat staff of PS Krishna Nagar, and necessary action will be taken in case of any further violation."

Thus, perusal of the Status Reports filed on behalf of the MCD and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the Delhi Police clearly shows that a joint visit was conducted by the officials of the MCD as well as the Delhi Police on 06th August, 2025. Though, dairy structure was found existing in the property in question, no cattle were found present at the time in the property in question. The property in question has already been sealed by the MCD. Further, a close watch is now being maintained by the local police. 6.

Accordingly, it is directed that SHO, PS Krishna Nagar, shall ensure that the unauthorized milk dairy is not operated from the property in question, any further.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
